Facing Uncertainty

Our Family went through a 10-year valley together and Jesus Christ was with us very step. We face my diagnosis of cancer twice, When my husband had his first stroke and I had to work, 30 minutes away, I felt I had to call home every 15 minutes to see if he was alive.
When our daughter became very ill and almost died at least three different times in an ambulance on the way to the hospital emergency was like living in a constant daze with your heart wrenching feeling helpless as a parent. We had immediate family members pass away.
The minute we thought we caught our breath, something else would happen that seem to make us loose our breath. This was a very anxious time especially for our son who is so close to his sister. and lost his grandpa. Then throw in COVID into the scenario.
We look back and God kept every promise. He was always carrying us, guiding us, providing for us and protecting us. Sometimes God allows things to happen that do not make sense to us at the time. However, sometimes, He will allowed us a glimpse into His realm of purpose. We drew soooo near to Jesus Christ and became so close to Him on a level we would have never experience otherwise.
When you are in a valley, be real with Jesus and do not try to carry it or fix it on your own because you are then essentially telling Jesus you know better and fix it all.
Surrender all to Jesus and He will carry you through it. Stay in His word. Keep praying for His help and trust in His will. That means things may not turn out the way you think they should. But it does mean that Jesus Christ knows us, understands all, sees all and has Himself experienced it.
Jesus Christ loves you like no one else can.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Matthew 11:28
